This project presented a number of challenges, primarily that of assembing a local, regional, and expat workforce to a relatively unfamiliar environment, and creating on-the-job synthesis.

FSC has vast experience in a variety of global regions, particularly the Middle East; in this example, it was able to leverage its’ global community of A/E talent to expeditiously locate a select few with very specific traits and skills.
